Fifteen Earn Recognition as National Merit Commended Students

Fifteen Visitation students placed in the top three percent of the 1.6 million students who took the PSAT, earning recognition as National Merit Commended Students. They received certificates at an all-school assembly today. These scholars include:

The National Merit Scholarship Program is an academic competition for recognition and scholarships that began in 1955. High school students enter the National Merit Program by taking PSAT, which serves as an initial screen of approximately 1.6 million entrants each year. Congratulations!
