Alums Return for Career Day
More than 50 alumnae returned for Career Day with our sophomore class, holding small, cross-career panels to discuss questions like college choice, their career journey - and its challenges and successes, and how Visitation helped prepare them for college and beyond. Panelists held careers in everything from nursing to finance, education to communications, and biotech to nonprofit work. Sophomores then had a chance to network with panelists grouped by career field and met groups of lawyers, real estate agents, journalists, doctors, and more.
Students then headed out on their first college visits to learn what it looks like to visit a school, and what questions one should ask to determine if a school is a good fit.
