Beginning in 2021, Esprit has a new and exciting tradition! Themed trees - ranging from Gold-White to Harry Style-ist - will be designed and donated by families and friends of Visi. Visit the Playroom or our website to view and bid on the finished trees.

Stop by the Lodge for homemade baked goods and hot beverages. Enjoy them outside on the patio behind the Lodge! Coffee and hot chocolate are sold outside the Lodge by Black Acres Roastery.
Students and parents are invited to think “outside the box-mix” and contribute homemade goodies to the Bake Shop. Students will receive a free dress pass in exchange!

Have you ever wanted to learn how to decorate cookies using royal icing? Carly Ogren of Sweet C Baking is here again, to show us how it's done! This year, we will be offering both in person classes and virtual Zoom.
In this class, you will learn the basics of royal icing and several different decorating techniques including flooding, piping, and wet-on-wet. We will practice our piping and flooding skills before decorating sugar cookies. Your cookie kit will include six sugar cookies (one pre-flooded), royal icing, and sprinkles. For those attending virtually, cookie kits must be picked up from campus on November 5, and details will be emailed to registered participants. This class is aimed for beginners, so come as you are! If you are returning for a second year, it will be an opportunity to refresh your skills and try some new techniques!
