When you give to Visitation, you help each young woman here live St. Francis de Sales’ exhortation to “Be who you are and be that well, to give honor to the Master Craftsman whose handiwork you are.” You support a Catholic education that emphasizes character, faith, authenticity, compassion, and service. Each woman here learns what it means to Live Jesus - and she carries that call to action with her into the world.

Pairing the life-giving Little Virtues of kindness, humility, generosity, patience, and joyful optimism with an academically challenging education and a rich array of leadership opportunities, Visitation empowers our students to meet the demands and challenges of today’s rapidly changing and morally complex world. We guide our students to become self-reliant, intellectually mature, and morally responsible women of faith, vision, and purpose.

Matching Gift

Many employers match the charitable contributions of their employees. Some even match the gifts of spouses and retirees as well. If your employer has a matching gift program, you must usually obtain a matching gift form from your company and send it to Visitation along with your own contribution. Visitation's designated CFC Code is 44467. Our United Way Code is 8292. To give through either organization, please enter the appropriate number on your contribution form. Planned Gift

A bequest is a gift made through a will. It can be given as a specific amount, as a percentage of an estate, or as a remainder share. A bequest reduces the size of the taxable portion of an estate and can lower federal estate tax liability. A codicil naming Visitation as a beneficiary can be added to an existing will.

Those who set up bequests or other planned gifts to Visitation (and notify the school) are welcomed into the 1799 Society, given special recognition, and invited to a President's Council event each year. Donor Advised Fund

Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) are an increasingly popular charitable vehicle, whereby individuals set aside money to be granted to charitable organizations. It also provides an operationally convenient and tax-efficient method for donors to manage their charitable giving. Support Visitation by giving directly from your DAF. If your donor-advised fund is with Fidelity, Schwab, or BNY Mellon, you may easily initiate a grant recommendation for Visitation below.

Founders Circle ($10,000 and above) includes the Salesian Society, St. Jane de Chantal Society, and the St. Francis de Sales Society. As part of our most distinguished group of annual supporters, Founders Circle donors receive special recognition and are invited to the annual Founders Dinner.

President's Circle ($2,000-$9,999) includes the Gold-White Society and the Green Gate Society. This circle honors leadership-level annual giving that ensures Visitation continues to thrive. Donors in this circle are invited to a special President's reception and the Vespers celebration.
