The Class of 2020 is the first ever to have a two-part commencement celebration, which began with a June 2 Virtual Commencement and will continue with an in-person Graduation on Saturday, July 25.
The Class of 2020 will celebrate Graduation on July 25, 2020 at 9 a.m. on the lovely, shady lawn in front of the Fisher Center. Due to the event attendance caps in the District of Columbia, attendance is limited to just the graduates and the limited faculty and staff required to host the event.
Members of the Class of 2020 are asked to RSVP to graduation by Tuesday, July 21 at noon.
IMPORTANT: A health screening form and waiver will be emailed at 9 a.m. on Friday, July 24. The form will close at 5 p.m. that day. Each graduate must submit her form during that 8 hour window. If you have not completed it by then, a school staff member will conduct the health check before allowing you on campus. Those who are not symptom-free will not be allowed on campus. Thank you for your understanding.
RAIN PLAN: It is our intention to host Graduation rain or shine. If there is a heavy downpour or storms, we will notify the graduates via email first thing on Saturday morning of the plan.
Please read all of the important information below and the school will notify you when additional information has been posted.
