Esprit de Noel
Return to campus to shop, eat, and get into the Christmas spirit, all for a great cause!
Esprit is Friday, Nov. 3, 11. a.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 4, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Visitation is excited to announce a peer-to-peer Facebook group, Visi Alums Helping Alums. The group is your place to network, broadcast job opportunities, announce new ventures or shows, or to seek a new roommate. This group is for Visi alums to maximize the value of the Visitation network.

- Brittany Yevoli '17 returned to campus to organize a school assembly featuring Birthe Lejeune who spoke about The Jérôme Lejeune Foundation, an organization that advocates for people with Down Syndrome.
- Musician Maggie Rose Durante '06 plays Wolf Trap this Saturday and was highlighted in American Songwriter.
- Bethesda Magazine featured an article on a decades old cooking club comprised of many Visitation alums, including, Kate Walsh Burke '70, Chris Cassidy '69, Kathy Fitzgerald Hayes '69, Marguerite Candon Nealon '69, Kathy Sheehan O'Donoghue '69 and Terez Shea-Donahue '69, and also parents of alumnae Gerri Conolly, mother of Mary '11 and Maureen '00, and Carla Byrd, mother of Melissa '03 and Courtney Metz '00.
- Maggie Jackson '15 was named captain of UVa's women's lacrosse team.
- Carolyn Callahan Keller '79 was featured on WUSA's Great Day Washington about her organization Ebeauty, a wig exchange program for cancer patients.

New York Alumnae Reception
Alums gathered at the Visitation New York Alumnae reception where they heard about exciting initiatives including our newest alumnae chapter which will offer more opportunities to our New York community. Leading these initiatives are: Vanessa Byard Crane '95, Dani Curtis-Williams '10, Ebone Gaskins '03, Rachel Jones '08, Libby Mosko '12, Meagan Perez '13, Beth Thompson '06, Anne-Marie Treseler '07 and Hannah Valentine '11. Columbus Day of Service
Alums, Sisters, family members and students gathered on Columbus Day to assemble bags of food for Catholic Charities' homeless ministry. It was a great day for alums to work together for service to others.
