Visit Us This Spring

The best way to get to know us is to visit our campus—and we'd love to get to know you better, too! There are lots of opportunities to explore our beautiful, welcoming campus in the heart of Georgetown.

Join us on Tuesday, April 23 or Thursday, April 25 at 8:30 a.m. for our spring tours. On Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m., we invite you to join us for Mass in the Chapel of the Sacred Heart with the Visitation Sisters - a special opportunity before our program begins at 8:30 a.m.

The Power of Storytelling: Diversity Day 2024

On Tuesday, March 19, Visitation celebrated its annual Diversity Day with a program focused on the power of storytelling. Several students shared personal stories, and students heard from our keynote speaker, Emmjolee Mendoza-Waters, Director of the Death Penalty Abolition Program for the Catholic Mobilizing Network. Ms. Waters elevated the stories of others and told students to "choose others" as they make decisions. 

Four Visi Alums Enjoy Big Wins On the College Courts

The Washington Post notes that Georgetown Visitation is a top producer of local alums playing in the NCAA DI tournaments as March Madness kick off, highlighting "defensive whiz" Ellie Mitchell '19 (Princeton), Fadima Tall '23 (Princeton), and Simone Lewis '23 (Holy Cross). Meanwhile, Maria Alvarado '23 at NYU helped the Violets become DIII champions this year! 

Junior Class Celebrates Ring Ceremony

The junior class celebrated its ring ceremony in mid-March, gathering as a class in the Quadrangle while family, friends, and faculty lined the porches to watch. 

Sofia Recio-Reyes '26 Wins Award from Model UN Conference

Sophomore Sofia Recio-Reyes earned a Book Award for having the strongest arguments in her position paper representing the country of Suriname in the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean at the North American Invitational Model United Nations conference (NAIMUN). 

Track Star Abby ‘27 Shows No Sign of Slowing Down

Abigail Anstett ‘27 is making waves in the world of high school athletics with her exceptional talent and unwavering determination on the track. Currently ranked #6 nationally for the freshman mile, she has been a standout runner this year.
