Scheduling a College Visit to Georgetown Visitation


Visit requests are taken on a first come, first serve basis and scheduled throughout the fall. Visits are scheduled most days between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. daily during the fall. We do not host spring visits.

To schedule your visit, please email belva.duke@visi.org with your contact information and up to three potential dates/times for a visit. Please note that the College Counseling office will be closed from mid-June until mid-August.


DIRECTIONS:

Georgetown Visitation is located at 1524 Thirty-Fifth Street, NW, Washington, DC 20007-2785. Enter through the gate and please stop at the guard house for directions on where to park. All visitors are asked to check in at the receptionist desk in Founders Hall. If you have any questions, please call us at (202) 337-3350.

From the Maryland Suburbs

Go South on Wisconsin Avenue to Georgetown. Turn right on Volta Place (just after Q Street and before P Street). Volta Place will end at 35th Street, and Visitation's entrance will be directly ahead. Enter through the gate; stop at the guard house and the guard will tell you where to park.

From Virginia Via Key Bridge

Cross Key Bridge into Georgetown. Stay in the middle lane; turn right onto M Street. Stay in the left lane and proceed approximately two blocks. Turn left at the light on 33rd Street. Continue on 33rd Street to Volta Place; turn left and proceed to the end of Volta Place. The entrance to Visitation will be directly ahead. Enter through the gate; stop at the guard house and the guard will tell you where to park.

From Downtown Washington, DC

Take Pennsylvania Avenue west to M Street. Follow until Wisconsin Avenue and turn right. Continue five blocks up Wisconsin and turn left on Volta Place. Volta Place will end at 35th Street, and the entrance to Visitation will be directly ahead. Enter through the gate; stop at the guard house and the guard will tell you where to park.
