    Chair: Ann Clark
    PCW’s mission is to foster closer communication among parents, students and schools.

  • Volunteer Coordinator

    Chair: Barbara Butler
    Coordinates information from the volunteer forms for dissemination to the different committees.

  • Arts Committee

    Chair: Monique Bonner
    Provide support to the Performing and Fine Arts Department events including “Taste of the Arts”, theater productions, dance, chorus and instrumental.

  • Athletic Boosters

    Chairs: Mary Perry and Debbie Beins
    Plan and coordinate the luncheons for Sports Saturday and Gold / White (Fall & Spring). Assist Athletic Director as needed.

  • Christian Service

    Liaison: Barbara Furey
    Provide assistance to the Director of Christian Service as needed. Liaison with parent coordinators of the mother / daughter service projects including “Together for Others”.

  • Dollars for Scholars Gala

    Chairs: Ellen Cullen and Jennifer Duffy
    Plan and coordinate the annual Dollars for Scholars Gala dinner and auction. The proceeds of this event go to the Visitation scholarship fund.

  • Esprit de Noel

    Chairs: Cindy Steuart and Mollie Schmitz
    Plan and coordinate the annual Esprit de Noel bazaar held in November.

  • Family Support

    Chair: Leigh Dwyer
    Sends cards, Mass cards, flowers and arranges meals for Visitation families experiencing illness or loss of family members.

  • Father’s Club

    Chair: Jim Clark
    GVPA liaison: Bill Garcia
    Plan and coordinate father / daughter events at Visitation including “Father / Daughter Mass and Brunch”, dance and service project.

  • Freshman Mentoring

    Chairs: Katie Bergmann
    Plan and coordinate a series of get-acquainted parties for incoming freshman and parents in August. Coordinate welcome calls.
