Campus Visit & Interviews

We invite all interested students to tour the Visitation campus, to sit in on classes, and to meet our faculty and students. Our academic day runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and students are encouraged to spend a morning or an afternoon on campus. Visitors who schedule a morning visit arrive at 7:45 a.m. and conclude their visit after lunch at 1:15 p.m. Visitors who schedule an afternoon visit arrive for lunch at 10:00 a.m. and finish their day at 3:00 p.m. Interviews will take place at the time of these visits. Please note that the afternoon visiting times are subject to change due to our daily class schedules. If you have already scheduled a shadow visit, please refer to the time you were given by our admission coordinator. Should you have any further questions, please call us and we will be delighted to help assist you.

Applicants who are unable to make a half-day visit are asked to schedule an interview after they have submitted an application. These interviews are informal opportunities for a member of the Admissions Committee to meet a prospective student, answer any questions she may have about the school, and to learn more about the individual's academic and personal interests and achievements. It is not necessary that a parent or guardian be present for the interview, as it is primarily an opportunity to meet with the student.

To schedule a shadow visit, please call Ms. Nichols starting on September 4, 2007. Visits will be scheduled from early in October until December 19, 2007.
