College Counseling

Choosing a college is one of the biggest decisions that our students will make. It's always a very exciting time, full of academic focus, discovery, and dreams about the future.

Our college counselors walk with each girl and her family, guiding them through the self-assessment process to identify her individual gifts, talents, interests, and strengths. Our counselors serve as a link to college admissions officers, helping them understand our students' accomplishments and experiences within the rigors of our curriculum. As a member of the National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC), Georgetown Visitation follows the policies governing communication between school and colleges set forth by the Association.
