Georgetown Visitation's Electronic Privacy Policy 

Personally identifiable information obtained by Georgetown Visitation is for the school's sole use. This includes information provided through our various web forms (such as online giving), our school application, event registration, and the ECheck system used for enrollment or re-enrollment.

We implement a variety of security measures to protect the information we receive and store electronically. Our website is regularly scanned for known security vulnerabilities, and w e do not collect any identifying details from website users unless they choose to submit information . Personal information is kept on secured networks, accessible only by a limited number of individuals with approved access. In addition, all sensitive/credit information is encrypted in transit, and we do not store credit card data. 

Finally, we do not trade, share, or otherwise transfer to any outside parties any personally identifiable information.
